I am so proud to report that the BBC Class of 2024 has achieved a median ATAR score of 91.40. This phenomenal result is the strongest median score a BBC cohort has achieved since the introduction of the ATAR system. Furthermore, the cohort has achieved the highest percentage of 95+ scores, 90+ scores, and 80+ scores in our history. What these young men have achieved has quite literally broken BBC records.

Two of our students achieved the highest possible ATAR score of 99.95, a feat accomplished by only 34 others in all of Queensland.

These are remarkable results, and they are a testament to years of hard work from the boys, unshakeable dedication from their families, and determined support from their teachers.

An Australian Tertiary Admissions Rank (ATAR) is a mechanism for placement in tertiary institutions. The decision for students to share their ATAR result with their school is optional and schools can only access these results where consent has been given the Year 12 students. The information in this snapshot is based on data available to the College from students who consented to share their information.
