The Master Plan Campus Vision, launched in 2024, is a guide to the future of BBC. Featuring a fully costed Master Plan scoped through to 2035 and a longer-term Campus Vision set out until 2050, this blueprint includes the construction of state-of-the-art classrooms and co-curricular spaces, extensive refurbishments, and expansions to existing facilities. This comprehensive roadmap ensures that the College can continue to offer opportunities for all of its students to thrive long into the future.

Before creating the Master Plan Campus Vision, BBC consulted extensively with the school community. The College comprehensively engaged with students, staff, families, and alumni to ensure that the Vision represented the needs and wants of all BBC stakeholders. This period of consultation was vital to revealing the correct path forward as we prepare our campus for the diverse opportunities and innovations the future holds.

A key focus is connectivity. The layout of the buildings and refurbishments within the Master Plan Campus Vision is designed to foster natural and intuitive traversal of the grounds. Central to this is a thoroughfare that will run from Goldicott House, a historically significant heritage building that sits at the northern edge of BBC’s campus, to Toowong Creek, which runs along the southern border. This cascade will unite students from across all year levels in a newly connected campus that reinforces a strong sense of community and mateship.
