Fee Schedules are reviewed and approved annually by the College and published in advance of the forthcoming calendar year. Fees may be subject to change, without notice, as a result of changes to Australian legislation and/or regulations.

The following one-off fees are payable during the application and enrolment process for all new students:
The Brisbane Boys’ College Application for Enrolment form must be accompanied by the non-refundable application fee of $550.00 (2025 fee).
An offer of a place is accepted by the parent through payment of the non-refundable confirmation fee of $2,250.00 (this 2025 fee is not deducted from future tuition fees).
Annual tuition fees and additional programs (such as Instrumental Music) are outlined in the Schedule of Fees. There are two (2) semesters in the academic year (January to June and July to December). Fees are payable within five (5) working days of the commencement of the semester.

Annual tuition fees and additional programs (such as Instrumental Music) are outlined in the Schedule of Fees – International Students. There are two (2) billing periods in the academic year prior to the start of each semester. Fees are invoiced two (2) weeks prior to the start of the next study period and must be paid prior to the start of the study period.

The Australian Government requires that all international students holding student visas must have Overseas Student Health Cover (OSHC) for the entire period of their student visa and stay in Australia.
BBC collects this fee on behalf of the OSHC provider. It is subject to the refund policy of our provider, Medibank Private. The cost of a 12-month Medibank Private OSHC Essentials Single policy is currently approximately $920.00 (cost subject to change). This can be arranged by the College if requested and billed on first fee invoice after the student commences.
In the case of two or more brothers attending Brisbane Boys’ College at the same time, an automatic discount of 10% will apply to the tuition fees pertaining to the younger sibling(s). Upon annual submission of the Sibling Discount form, a discount of 10% on tuition fees will be applied to students who have older siblings attending Somerville House, Clayfield College or Sunshine Coast Grammar School.

Where scholarships are awarded, the greater concession will apply. A student will not be granted more than one concession (including sibling discount) at any one time.
A number of options are available in relation to the payment of school fees, including B-PAY, Credit Card (merchant fee of 0.778% applies) or cheque. Brisbane Boys’ College also accepts payment via approved third-party suppliers, including EdStart (Terms and Conditions apply).
